OUR STORY

We’re Cinthia and Aziz, high school sweethearts, best friends, and the husband and wife behind 3165. We’ve always worked best together, and somewhere along the way, our love for good coffee, good people, and bringing people together turned into something we wanted to build for ourselves.

Cinthia’s love for coffee started in 2013 when she began working at Starbucks while putting herself through college. She stayed for almost six years, but what she loved most was never just the drinks. It was the friendships behind the bar, the regulars she knew by name, and getting to be a small part of someone’s day. After college, she moved into a more traditional career, but she never really stopped missing that feeling.

For years, we talked about doing something with coffee. At first, we imagined a coffee shop, but when we discovered mobile coffee carts, everything clicked. We realized we could bring great coffee directly into the places where people were already gathering, celebrating, working, and making memories.

Cinthia brings the coffee experience, hospitality, and attention to detail. Aziz is the one behind the planning, operations, problem solving, and turning ideas into something real. That balance is what makes 3165 work.

What keeps us excited is that little moment when someone takes their first sip and looks back because they were not expecting the coffee to be that good. Or when they come back to the cart just to talk. Those are moments we never get tired of.

That is what 3165 is about for us. Really good coffee, genuine hospitality, and making whatever brought everyone together feel a little more special.
